Welcome to Washington State Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Paratransit Services is one of the Washington State Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Brokers servicing: Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap, Pierce, Mason, Thurston, Lewis, Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties.
We are contracted by the WA Health Care Authority to provide non-emergency medical transportation assistance for those who eligible on Medicaid/AppleHealth, to/from Medicaid covered services. Typical services can include, but not limited to:
Behavioral Health (Mental Health/Chemical Dependency)
Dental
Dialysis
Opioid Substitution Treatment
Primary Care
Specialty Medical Care
We are contracted to provide the lowest cost mode of transportation. We may require documentation from your provider to assist with your request if you live on a bus line and are in need of ride services or requesting transportation outside of your local community. Most common types of transportation that we assist with are:
Bus pass/tickets/EPURSE funds
Ferry funds
Gasoline
Reimbursement – Mileage, Bridge Toll, Parking, etc.
Ride services
