Please call our office at least 2 business days before your prescheduled appointment. How do I schedule a ride?

What types of transportation services are available?

There are various modes of transportation services that we provide; such as but not limited to: rides, bus funds, fuel, reimbursement, ferry funds, etc.

We are contracted by the WA Health Care Authority to provide the most cost effective means of transportation. If you have access to a vehicle through yourself, friends or family, you may inquire about our fuel/reimbursement program. If you do not have access to a vehicle and reside within ¾ of a mile to a bus stop and your trip is do able by bus, your transport mode defaults to bus funds. If you are unable to use public transportation and require ride services, we may require a letter from your provider, to document the medical necessity for a higher mode of transportation – ie: ride services. This will all be determined when we create and/or screen/update your file.

We are happy to provide services in Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce and Thurston Counties.
