Check Ride Status:

Need to check on a ride? Rides are scheduled and confirmed at various days and times and your estimated pick-up times may not be available until the day before your trip, even though you may have requested it several days earlier. If you are not able to check your ride by the business day before the requested appointment, please give us a call.

Please note our systems must match the name on your Washington Apple Health Medicaid ProviderOne services card. A few other helpful hints:

If you are a JR, SR or 2 nd (II) or have a hyphenated name – please
make sure to include that information – if it appears on your services card – examples: Johnson JR or Johnson SR or Johnson II or Ramirez-Sanchez (may or may not have the hyphen, try using space)

To check on your ride, please enter your LAST NAME in the box provided and either your Medicaid ProviderOne ID number or the web confirmation code (12 digit alphanumeric code) if you submitted the request using the online trip booking portal.

Note : You can now cancel your rides by clicking the waste paper basket next to the trip you wish to cancel. Please keep in mind that you must cancel both the pick-up and return individually, if you are cancelling the roundtrip request. Failure to cancel both trips may cause a NO-SHOW, so please cancel both ways if you are cancelling a two way trip! When a trip is canceled online, an email is sent to the Call Center to advise us of the cancelation. If you cancel a request when our office is closed, we will not see it until the next business day. The date and time of the canceled request, will determine whether or not the trip is marked as a valid no-show; even if the driver shows up. If the request was canceled in a timely manner (2 hours prior to the confirmed estimated pick-up time), the no-show will get reversed and will be considered a regular same day or future cancel and will not count against you. Please do not click on the waste paper basket/s more than once.
